Required inputs

Workflow

1. Extract the client's objective, deliverables, constraints, timeline and acceptance criteria into brief-map.md. Quote only short necessary fragments and keep the original source reference. Flag ambiguous or conflicting requirements.
2. Map each client requirement to actual portfolio evidence or a clearly stated capability gap. Do not invent experience, client names, credentials or success metrics to improve the apparent match.
3. Draft a short opening showing understanding of this specific job, followed by a proposed approach, measurable deliverables, milestones, client dependencies and a realistic completion plan.
4. Build a scope and quotation table only from user-confirmed rates or labeled assumptions. Include revisions, exclusions, handoff and acceptance conditions. Recompute totals with actual arithmetic tools.
