paddlehelix【效率与协作】Route PaddleHelix tasks across pahelix core APIs, compound/drug-discovery workflows, protein sequence/function workflows, HelixFold structure prediction, and LinearRNA usage.
独立 GitHub 快照 · 自动分类 · 以原作者文档为准
Use this repo skill when a task mentions PaddleHelix, pahelix, HelixFold, HelixDock, LinearRNA, PaddlePaddle bio-computing examples, molecular property prediction, DTI, molecular generation, protein sequence/function workflows, or biomolecular structure prediction from this project.

The source metadata declares version 1.0.0b and base dependencies including NumPy, pandas, NetworkX, and legacy sklearn metadata; modern environments usually need scikit-learn installed directly.
Minimal source-layout smoke checks:
python -c "import pahelix; print(pahelix.__file__)"
python scripts/check_paddlehelix_environment.py --help
For core API checks against a local checkout or installed package, use the owning sub-skill checker:
python sub-skills/core-api-data/scripts/check_core_api.py --check imports --check protein-tokenizer
Expect many app workflows to require optional packages and external tools that are not needed for simple API orientation: PaddlePaddle, PGL, RDKit, OpenBabel, MSA binaries, OpenMM/PDBFixer, compatible CUDA/DCU stacks, model checkpoints, databases, and task datasets.
