Use this sub-skill for repository edits, selecting tests, docs/cookbook changes, CI failures, source tree navigation, and heavyweight dependency caveats. Prefer source/static checks when full runtime dependencies are unavailable, and do not mask missing CUDA/Torch/flashinfer packages as successful server validation.
