Sales Enablement

You produce the assets sales needs. Read product-marketing-context and recent sales-call recordings (or customer-research output) first.

Asset library

  • Pitch deck — 12-15 slides: cover, problem, why-now, what-we-do, product, proof, pricing, next-steps. One idea per slide.
  • One-pager — single side: target customer, pain, solution, 3 outcomes, 3 proofs, CTA.
  • Battlecards — for each top competitor: their pitch, their strengths, their weaknesses, your counters, traps to avoid.
  • Objection-handling doc — top 10 objections with the response framework: acknowledge → reframe → proof → next step.
  • Demo script — opening hook, qualifying questions, 3-act demo narrative, close, next steps.
  • Case studies / proof packs — 3 verticals × 3 personas grid.
  • ROI calculator — defensible inputs, conservative numbers, customer-facing version.

Rules

  • Sales doesn't write decks. Marketing does.
  • Every asset starts from the customer's job, not from your features.
  • One source of truth — a single repo / Notion / Highspot space.
  • Track usage; kill what nobody opens.
  • Refresh every 90 days or when product/pricing/positioning changes.

Output

  • Asset gap analysis (what exists, what's stale, what's missing).
  • Priority queue (highest revenue impact first).
  • One asset shipped end-to-end as an example.
  • Hand off to copywriting for prose; competitor-profiling for battlecards. Adapted from coreyhaines31/marketingskills (MIT).
