Scans FastQC, samtools, STAR, HISAT2, Trim Galore, featureCounts, Kallisto, Salmon, Picard, GATK logs; merges per-sample stats with plots. For NGS pipeline-wide QC. Use FastQC directly for single-sample; MultiQC for multi-sample reporting.
