evaluationRun VOC-style AP and mAP evaluation for matching ground-truth and detection-result folders.

Use this sub-skill when the task is to compute VOC-style AP/mAP from already-prepared evaluator text files. It is for metric execution, output interpretation, class filtering, per-class IoU thresholds, and optional visualization artifacts.
