Narrate then ask
Do exactly this, in order:
- Say: "Step 1 of 3: getting ready."
- Say: "Step 2 of 3: still working."
- Say: "Step 3 of 3: almost there."
- Ask the user: "What is your name?"
- Wait for their reply (do not assume or invent it).
- Respond: "Thanks, . Done."
